Trade the Majors
The biggest major of the year is this weekend — and with Kalshi, you don't just watch it. You trade it.
Take a position on who wins, who makes the cut, and how the leaderboard shakes out. With Kalshi, you buy "Yes" or "No" shares based on what you think happens — and earn returns if you're right.
No house. Peer-to-peer. Transparent market pricing. Cash out before the final round if you want.
The markets are live. To get you started, we're giving you a free $10. No deposit, no catch.
The biggest moments in golf. Now they're tradeable.
Trade responsibly.
Guide to Fit
The Part Nobody Talks About
This morning I weighed 215 pounds.
My waist is down to 40.5 inches.
A few months ago, those numbers would have felt impossible.
Today? I'll be honest.
Part of me is frustrated.
My shoulders look better. My clothes fit a little better. My strength is improving. My sleep is better. I've been showing up in the gym.
But the belly fat?
It feels like it hasn't moved in forever.
That's the part nobody talks about.
The beginning of a fitness journey is exciting. You drop a few pounds. The tape measure moves. People notice.
Then you hit the middle.
The boring part.
The frustrating part.
The part where you're doing most things right and the mirror still isn't giving you the reward you think you've earned.
That's where I am right now.
And if you're over 40, chances are you've been there too.
The Trap Most Men Fall Into
I've realized something lately.
Most of us expect 12 weeks of effort to undo 20 years of habits.
Think about that.
Years of sitting more than moving.
Years of eating whatever was convenient.
Years of putting ourselves last while raising kids, building careers, paying bills, and handling life.
Then we start working out and expect the mirror to completely change in a few months.
It doesn't work that way.
The truth is that progress often slows long before the goal is reached.
And that's exactly when most people quit.
Not because the plan failed.
Because they got tired of waiting.
A Win Is Still a Win
Even with my frustration, there are some things I'm proud of this week.
Workouts are getting done.
Food has been solid.
Sleep has been better.
I'm still showing up despite back pain.
A year ago, one bad week would've knocked me completely off track.
Now I'm learning that consistency matters more than excitement.
Motivation gets you started.
Discipline keeps you moving when the scale refuses to cooperate.
This Week's Challenge
Ask yourself one question:
What if you're actually making progress, but it's slower than your expectations?
That's the question I've been wrestling with.
Maybe the goal isn't perfection.
Maybe the goal is simply refusing to quit this time.
Because if we keep showing up, eventually the results have no choice but to follow.
See you next week.
